Our unit has a kitchen and dining area separate from the living area. Our units have high ceilings and hardwood flooring. With large closets, full bathrooms with a tub and a shower and large windows, our units offer a lot of charm. Our building offers laundry on site and bike storage as well. There is a utility fee of $45 which includes all basic utilities in price - even electric! We do require a $75 application fee and a $600 admin fee, but no security deposit. Located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago, Commonwealth Apartments is a walker and biker's paradise! Come and explore nearby parks including Linne Monument, Cummings Playground and Alfred Caldwell Lilly Pool. Most errands do not require a car. Commonwealth Apartments is a short walk to CTA Bus Lines 22, 26, 151 and 156. Our community is also a 16-minute walk from the Brown Line, Purple Line and Red Line at the Fullerton Stop. We allow small dogs and cats as well. There is a $200 pet fee (one time) and then $20 pet rent. The application process is online and we do allow cosigners!
