The reason for this is the home was converted from a single family decades ago, and the kitchen was built on what was once a porch. The bedroom above it was added to the porch roof. The construction is solid and passes all city & HUD inspections year after year. Our recent renovations have made the floors less slanted, however we understand any kind of slant puts some people off. We've rented it consistently since 2012, and tenants tell us once their furniture is in they don't notice it. Also, because it is an older home the smaller bedroom does not have a closet.
