Second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The bunk beds can be removed and stored by the owner if not needed. This unit has excellent views with two balconies overlooking Lake Erie and the Portage River. This is a 3rd floor unit and an elevator is NOT available. $100 nonrefundable application fee due with application. Deposit required of $ 2,000. Deposit is required immediately upon lease approval. First month's rent is due before occupancy. Deposits and rent are to be paid electronically through Venmo. We do have a very strict lease agreement and ANY payments not made per the lease agreement WILL be subject to penalties. Linens and towels can be provided at an increased rent amount. One small dog, less than 30 pounds, permitted with an additional pet deposit of $1,000 and an additional rent of $50 per month. Tenant will be required to provide liability insurance covering the dog. Tenant will be responsible for cleaning up any pet waste deposited on the property. No cats, birds, rodents, or reptiles! Tenant will be responsible for electricity, on their own account. Owner will be responsible for HOA fees that cover water, sewer, internet, outside maintenance, and snow removal. Cablevision is not provided. HOA also allows access to community pool, hot tub, and sauna. No inside smoking and zero tolerance for any drug usage.
