The range, refrigerator, dishwasher and one car garage are included in the rent. The carpeting has just been cleaned and the house is ready for a new tenant. A small dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $50 pet fee per month will be required. Tenant pays all utilities No smoking inside the house.
