All utilities included except for RG&E unless stated otherwise. If there is off street parking, we handle your snow plowing during the winter. All prospects must have a combined household income of a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent. Section 8 and DSS accepted only if you have some sort of additional supplemental income. Security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent required for all move ins. Prospects with significant debts or evictions or credit scores under 670 will be denied. Most if not all the units are newly renovated and are priced accordingly when taking into consideration the improvements that have been made.
