This is a 2nd floor 3 bedroom and 1 bath apartment in a secured building. It rents for $1,250 which includes all utilities and has a matching security deposit of $1,250. This apartment offers hardwood floors with granite countertops and new cabinets in the kitchen. There is a small back deck and a large hallway closet. There is complimentary washer and dryer in the apartment, and we also offer courtesy Wi-Fi. We are a 10-minute walk from downtown Williamsport that offers restaurants, shopping, and activities. We are close to the bus route, grocery store, hospital, highway access, and the YMCA. We are conveniently located between both Penn and Lycoming colleges. The leases run month-to-month and automatically renew. The rent includes all utilities. We would allow cats, but there is a $150 non fundable pet fee, and the cat would be an additional $30 a month. We also would require renters' insurance and vet records. We also do not allow smoking or vaping in the apartment.
