**Lease Take Over! Current tenant is not able to fulfill the terms of the lease and is looking for someone to take it over. The lease ends on 05/31/2024 (you will have the option to renew). Current tenant plans to be vacated by 11/31/2023 and the unit will be available on 12/1/2023. Rent is $1070 including the $20.00 monthly filter shipment fee and deposit held is $750.
