The Belvedere is a lovely brick building with tons of character, surrounded by cute, local shops on a main street running through downtown Bellingham. Each unit has a unique personality with charming arched doorways and quaint farmhouse-style cabinetry. Each layout has it's own quirks as well with no units looking exactly alike. The rooms are all filled with light thanks to the substantial windows and high ceilings. With a major bus stop on the same block, going to class at WWU, or a walk along Bellingham Bay is minutes away! Utilities: Monthly $35 flat rate for all units. Flat Rate covers Water and Sewer. Garbage is the landlord's responsibility. Electricity and Wi-Fi are not included, and are a tenant responsibility.
