These apartments are perfectly located right next to Taylor Hospital and within steps of the shops and restaurants of downtown Ridley Park. The property is ideally located with quick access to both I-95 and I-476 as well as a two minute walk to the Septa's Regional Rail (we timed it!!). Heat, gas, common area electric as well as landscaping and snow removal are included with your rent! Tenants pay for cold water, sewer, trash and electricity which includes lighting and cooking. These apartment homes are the best value in the area as they are spacious and affordable. Great income and great credit would require only first month's rent, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) and move in fee ($150). This property is pet friendly and has partnered with Pet Screening or all of our pet screening services! FOR CATS AND DOGS AND OTHER ACCEPTABLE PETS: a one-time three hundred dollar ($300.00) non-refundable fee will be required along with a variable monthly pet rent based on the Pet Screening FIDO Score. There are two pets allowed per apartment.
