This is a beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with its own private entrance. It is connected to our family home, but no areas are shared. The apartment is located above the garage of the house. The private entrance is up a flight of stairs on the back side of the house. It's the perfect place to enjoy the southern sunlight and the big front yard. Each bedrooms has a comfortable king bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a comfy loveseat for reading or watching the large TV. There is a small dining table with chairs. It has a small kitchen that is fully equipped with basic cooking equipment and a new full size self cleaning convection oven and glass cooktop. There is microwave, small refrigerator, sink and a stackable washer and dryer. The bathroom has 2 unique bowl sinks in an area separate from the shower/tub and toilet area. We are located in a very quiet, wooded neighborhood in South Anchorage. There is lots of parking. All utilities are included as well as internet. The apartment is available from December 23 through May 30, 2024. The deposit can be waived if you have excellent references. Payment of $1600 is expected on the first of the month. A garage space could be rented for an additional $300 per month. Snow removal on the walkway and stairs is your responsibility, but we will have the driveway plowed. Our streets are plowed immediately in our neighborhood. This is a no smoking, no pet property.
