This 3 bedroom, 2bathroom home is part of the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation. There are some income requirements. Please read application requirements and process below. TSAHC APPLICATION PROCESS AND CRITERIA APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST QUALIFIED PROCESS Application packages must contain ALL of the following Items for it to be considered as a complete application: a)TAA application: Please make sure the application attached to marketing source is fully completed and legible. b)Copy of Driver's License or Identification Card (All Adults) No more than 6 occupants in a 3 BR. c)Income verification: Each adult must disclose all types of income received (I.E., 1 month of recent check stubs, employee letters, Social Security benefit letters, Child Support court orders, monetary contributions, etc.) d)Signed and completed ASSET VERIFICATION form. TSAHC requires all adults to disclose information regarding their assets. Each adult must disclose all types of assets and sign the Asset Verification form (1 form per household) e)Signed Rental Criteria and Asset Verification (attached to listing) f)$50 application fee / adult (Certified funds only. Submit fee to management company along with the completed application.) Paid applications will be processed in the order they are received and if your application is not processed, you will get your application fee returned. Once everything above is submitted, we will accept the application. If your application package is first, the 4-step screening process below will begin. If it is not first, you will be notified of your place in line. Step 1) Income Qualification: Minimum Income to qualify for a TSAHC property is $47,250 for 3 BR home (2.5 times the amount of rent).
