The Starbird Apartments was built in 1910 as a 3 story multifamily housing building. Apartment mix is comprised of studio and 1 bedroom apartments. A shared laundry facility can be found in the basement of the building offering residents 24 hour access so that there is no need to go to a laundry mat. Starbird location is its biggest selling point as it is plugged right into the center of everything in Capitol Hill. Whether it's the newest restaurants, nightlife, or retail shops in Capitol Hill you are never more than a moments' walk away. Many of our residents renew their lease simply because of the great location.
