If you need housing more than 45 days out, we will not be able to see your options, as our residents are only required to give us a 30-day notice to vacate. Once you are within a 45-day window of your move-in date, please contact us to discuss pricing and options. There is a $25/per adult application fee as well as a minimum security deposit of one month's rent.
