Welcome to Unit A517 at Top of the Gulf! This 5th floor clean and updated "studio style" unit with one bathroom accommodates up to 4 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare family meals. This condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico with an open view that is out of this world! You can't get a condo any closer to the beach than at Top of the Gulf! This unit features 2 queen beds and one daybed for your comfort. Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB's best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. At Top of the Gulf, you'll find family friendly amenities that will make your vacation truly special. Please note that upon arrival, guests are required to visit the HOA office on the first floor to purchase a parking pass (1) and armbands for $35.00. The HOA office is open from 9am to 4pm. For arrivals after 4pm, please proceed to security to purchase the parking pass and armbands. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m We will do a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month or 4 month lease staring 11/1/23. A one time clean fee is charged of $100.00
