The cabin is a cozy, furnished tiny house nestled in a backyard among fruit trees and wildlife. It has easy access off of Highway 2 and includes a small courtyard that has a fire pit and wicker furniture. All utilities, wifi, and lawn care are included in the rent. The cabin is close to a few different grocery stores, 2 miles from the hospital, 2 miles from down town, 15 miles from the airport, and 30 miles from Glacier National Park. It has brand-new siding and kitchen appliances. The owner lives on site. Minimum credit of 600 is required. No pets, smoking or parties. Parking is off street, but there is no garage. The Cabin rents monthly, year long. (No tourist season here.) All utilities, wifi, and lawn care are covered- No additional costs. The tenant will be asked to scoop snow from walk way. There is a $100 cleaning fee to be paid upon renting. **There is no washer and dryer on property. Tenants will need to use the laundromat. Also, note that the only sink is in the bathroom.
