Lower Unit in 4 unit building Walk up to this unit to the front covered porch with front door into the living room 12'5 x 12'10 with closet. Off to the right of the living room you will find the large full bath and kitchen with eat in area 11'2 x 10'8. In the kitchen you will find a back door to a small second covered porch. Off the left of the bedroom you will find the 1 bedroom 13'1 x 12'10. In the basement there is washer and dryer hookup available. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal and all utilities. Applications fee of $25 per person over the age of 18. Applications must be summitted and approved prior to in person showings. Qualifications for unit is 3 times rent in take home income, pass background and credit check, rental history, and must be able to obtain utilities in your name prior to move in.
