Built in 1950, the Ritz is a smaller property that features 10 apartments. Nestled within the 5 Points neighborhood, residents can easily walk to Mercantile on Morris, Mellow Mushroom, Bay Leaf, and Black Market. Additionally, the UAB campus is conveniently reachable within a 10-minute walk. Each apartment at The Ritz is a little different, so we urge all who are interested to take a tour of the apartments in person.
