The Johnson House was built in the 1800's as a single family home. In the 1970's it was converted into apartments by the Cromwell Architectural Firm. This two bedroom apartment is spacious with lots of historic charm. Our photos don't do it justice! It is occupied so it is the perfect time to see how to decorate and arrange furniture. While space and charm is so much of what makes this apartment great, it's location is also a huge perk of living in this beautiful converted wooden Victorian. The entrance is met with a large wrap around porch. You're just around the corner from the new Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, just a few blocks from both the SoMa district and the River Market District. $25 application fee and checks for credit (675 or above), and criminal background.
