AC unit in living g room. fenced yard and small storage shed. additional photos will be added later.owner pays for water sewer garbage. tenant pays gas & elec. average $100 per mo. no pets or smoking. we have no weird things in our contract. Follow strict Montana tenant law and MT fair housing. tenant is responsible for yard care & snow removal. It is important to have tenants contact us when repairs are needed. letting them go, makes a larger problem. we are not taking sec. 8 at this time.Security deposit is considered security/ cleaning deposit. This deposit is not rent. We do not have an application fee or credit check at this time. However,our policy is that if you take care of property and pay rent on time..you can stay.
