This colorful private studio is tucked behind a main house, our 2/1 bungalow rental, and is separated by picket fencing. Situated in a neighborly, quiet neighborhood it is less than five miles from downtown Little Rock. There is off-street parking by the front door and it is within easy walking distance to Historic Hillcrest restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery, park trails, outdoor pavilions and easy public transportation options nearby. This cozy studio space is equipped with high speed Internet and a smart TV with streaming services (available for your own logging in). The bathroom has a standing shower and separate luxurious soaking tub. There is a mini-split air conditioning and heating system, as well as ceiling fans for comfort. The queen Murphy bed (with an upscale, comfortable foam mattress) folds up to become a work or dining area. Additionally, in a separate seating area, there is a couch with a pull-out, inflatable twin bed. The fully equipped kitchenette consists of a dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster and 2-burner hot plate. In lieu of a W/D, there is a laundromat with wash and fold service one mile from the property. The studio is best suited to one individual or a very compatible couple. Whatever the work profile, our perfect renter is a foodie who doesn't really cook at home much. There is much adventure to be found exploring the multiple neighborhood restaurants! Be assured, this comfortable, sunshine-filled space is welcoming and ready to serve as a supportive landing pad for traveling medical professionals and other long-term renters. *A three-piece bistro set, (a small table and two chairs), have been added just outside the back door of the studio. *We have found that for longer stays, mid-stay cleans help us maintain sanitation of the home. This housekeeping is not negotiable, but the day/time is when our trusted cleaner visits is negotiable. *For stays 6 months or longer, the deposit required is increased to the equivalent of one month's rent.
