Bear River Apartments are located at 202 Bear River Drive in Evanston, WY 82930. From June to August 2023, the landscape has been completely redone and looks amazing. We are still renovating and remodeling the exterior of the Bear River Apartments community while working on the interior. Coming Spring 2024, the gym will be open to the residents. We are committed to improving our communities and providing quality affordable housing options. We currently have Studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units. We are close to the water park, Hamblin Park, Ice Ponds, Uinta County Fairground, and State Park. We are zoned for North Elementary School, Evanston Middle School, and Evanston High School. We are within walking distance of restaurants. Easy access to I-80. Apartment showings are by appointment only. The office is open Tuesday - Saturday from 9-12pm, 1-6pm. The apartments are offered for rent by Harman Property Management Group. This second-floor studio is on the south side of building 1. This unit is NOT pet friendly. For a 1-year contract, the total amount due each month is $650.00; and that includes Rent, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, Water, Gas, Sewage, and Garbage. The security deposit is $975.00. Electricity (through Rocky Mountain Power) and your renters insurance are the only things you need to pay for on your own. During the screening process, any prior evictions within 10 years or collections found from utility companies or rental companies will result in a denial.
