Bring your furry friends along, as we happily accept pets. Inside, you'll find a dishwasher to make your daily chores a breeze, and central air to keep you cool during the warmer months. For your convenience, we also provide washer dryer hookups, allowing you to easily take care of your laundry needs. Whether you're exploring the nearby hiking trails, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, our apartment provides the ideal home base for your outdoor adventures. Come and experience the tranquility of our retreat and make it your own. Resident is responsible for renters insurance, lawn car, snow removal and all utilities including: -$11 per month utility billing fee -$60 per month Water, Sewer & Trash -Electric and Gas will be billed based on usage Move In Fees consists of: $350 non-refundable cleaning fee $250 non-refundable lease initiation fee $500 refundable deposit this amount may vary based on application screening results Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these. **The only exception to this policy would be for animals that are designed as service/assistance animals. Assistance animals must be approved with required documentation**
