These are 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartments with electric baseboard heat, wall A/C, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All units in the 520, 530, 540 and 550 buildings have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. All units in the 560, 570 and 580 buildings have a coin-operated laundry facility in each building. All upper units have a walkout deck and lower units have a walk out patio. River views from the yard & some units, 2nd level units have vaulted ceilings, close to local parks, on a quiet street with great nature views!
