Apartment Is available January 7th, 2024 Weekly Rental also available = $800/week This private 2 bedroom apartment above a detached garage allows privacy from the main rental home, your own private deck with grill and your own GARAGE PARKING SPACE! No access to the main home yard or amenities and car must be parked on the side of garage or in garage at all times. If you do work from home then a separate utility bill for electric and propane will be sent and is not included Owner pays utilities: Water, Septic, Internet, Propane, Snow Removal (only driveway) Work from home tenants will have a flat rate utility bill If you have an electric vehicle you will have an electric bill Fully Furnished NO Pets If lease is only 1 person the rent can be reduced by $200/month We can provide an additional garage space for $600/month Smoking is not allowed Parking cannot block main driveway or main home, Garage space is provided, door must be closed at all times (don't want critters!). There is also a side parking space if you want to use the garage space for working area or exercise Main home is rented and no part of that property is allowed for apartment tenant use Rent is due on the 1st of each month
