Located ten minutes from Downtown Nashville, this condo sits in a quiet community. It comes with updated flooring, kitchen, and bathrooms. It sits in a shared building with a common entrance belonging to four condos. It is located on the second floor, and comes with a balcony. Washer and Dryer is included. Utilities Renter pays for electricity, internet and water. The lease is for twelve months minimum, and renewable. Please keep the owner abreast of any decision to move after the twelve month, and a month before the year lease approaches. The Term The duration of this Agreement starts on September 15, 2023 and will be a one year agreement with potential of renewal after each consecutive year. Please notify the Owner a minimum of one month before moving out. Security Deposit The Renter agrees to pay $500 prior to moving in. The Renter accepts responsibility for damages caused by themselves or any guests in the Property and agrees to reimburse the Owner to repair damages beyond $500. Rent The Renter agrees to pay the amount of $1650.00 due by the 15th of every month starting on September 15, 2023. All rental payments can be made through Zelle or Apple Pay or Venmo. The Renter understands that the Owner of the property can evict Renter if the Owner does not receive the rental payments in full and on time within 45 days unless a modified agreement has been reached. Utilities Renter agrees to pay all utilities. This includes water, electricity, and internet/cable. Move-Out Please notify the Owner thirty days prior to vacating the property.
