Master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub and washer & dryer. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom with it's own bathroom. The garage has one bay for parking a vehicle and a second bay perfect for extra storage or a workshop. Rent includes water, sewer, and yard care. Tenant pays electricity, garbage, and tv/internet, if desired. One cat or dog is possible on case-by-case basis with $500 additional security deposit and $25 monthly pet rent. First and last month's rent and a $2,000 security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required.
