This is a two bedroom, one bathroom mobile home for rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, and they must be put into the tenants name- landlord will not carry. There are washer and dryer hookups inside the home, tenant must furnish washer and dryer. Home includes the use of refrigerator, stove, and mini split air conditioner/heater. This home is HUD eligible and we are accepting HUD vouchers. All applicants over 18 must submit an application and are subject to a background check which costs $34.00 per person. We require first, last and deposit in order to move in. We have a very strict "No Pay No Stay" policy for paying your monthly rent and we welcome any new amazing tenants that can live quietly and pay their rent on time.
