This is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom mobile home for rent in a quiet community. We would allow small pets under 35 lbs fully grown, with monthly pet rent and fully refundable pet deposit. We do not allow more than 2 pets per home. You will need to go online to crashpadcommunities.com to apply. We would be happy to show you any available units after you have applied. A mini split system will be installed prior to any new tenant move in, as we are phasing out air conditioners and swamp coolers. We require first months rent, last months rent and a security deposit up front before you move in. So as an example: if your rent is $800 per month your first months rent would be $800 your last months rent would be $800 and your security deposit would be $800, then you would have to come up with and pay up front the $2400 before you could move in. We have a very strict "No Pay No Stay" policy for paying your monthly rent and we welcome any new amazing tenants that can live quietly and pay their rent on time. Lease is month to month and auto renews unless landlord or tenant decides to give a 30 days notice of non renewal.
