Two lovely bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own 3/4 shower/bath and outside deck with table and chairs (with VIEWS), and the other having 2 twin beds (views also), a TV, and lots of light. Fully appliance kitchen with D/W and STUNNING views! Enjoy the outside deck on this 3rd-floor property; its space resembles that of a veranda and its views of the Webhannet River and Wells Harbor on one side and the ocean on the other are inviting your presence! The living room is sunny, sporting a pull-out sofa with a mattress topper for added comfort, TV, and views of the Ocean. Two bathrooms, one with a tub, and the master bedroom have a stand-up shower. Central A/C and ceiling fans too. This condo is wonderfully perched high enough to feel like heaven, just down the road from Wells center with its restaurants, shops, and arcade...as well as nearby trolley stops to explore Ogunquit or more of Wells while riding on a classic trolley. There is also a quaint common area with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is no doubt this fantastic condo, with Cathedral ceilings throughout, will surely delight and satisfy your beach getaway!! The public way to Wells Beach is just across from this property. This condo is located on the top level of the building by way of an exterior staircase. Must be willing to check-in on first and second floor units, to avoid freezing pipes in the building as needed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. The front deck will be getting some early fall repairs, this may occur during the rental period. NO Pets. NO Smoking.
