The apartment is like a studio with a private entrance, private bath, no shared spaces, limited kitchen space with a nice size refrigerator and microwave, and a built in full size bed foundation. The walls are lime stone rock and some dry wall. The apt is on the lower level of our home.No pets because we have chickens that forge and absolutely no smoking inside or outside. One parking space and no street parking, Guests have temporary parking on the street just for parking. The property backs up to spring hill property and Loves Branch overlooking an Olympic size swimming pool with lots of wildlife and very safe. There are lots of steps to the apartment, and a step up into the the bed . All you need is a mattress . Utilities are included. To qualify, you must have a credit score of 675, great references, and be on the job for one year. Application fee is 55.00 Owner pays for gas, water and electricity comcast cable is available but not guaranteed
