An oasis on 10th Avenue west of downtown. Studio is furnished and complete with a small kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and has a cozy couch and table area. Television is equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. High speed internet as well! There is a small, landscaped garden area with patio furniture and a gas fire pit. Property is shared by younger professionals with a travel nurse renting the upper unit (above you) and a teacher in the main house (me). This space is in close proximity to downtown (12 blocks) and the fairgrounds (8 blocks). The University of Oregon is easily accessible through the EMX rapid transit line with the nearest stop two blocks away on Garfield/10th. The area is also bike friendly. Digital locks and an emergency lock box with keys. Excellent heat/air conditioning. Laundry on-site! Unit is best suited for one person due to size. The property is meant to be a quiet oasis with minimal impacts to other residents and neighbors.
