Our studio apartment home is spacious 400sq. ft. and features a frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, over the range exhaust. You will also have your own patio with a view of the inlet! Prices are starting at $1000. We offer 6-12 month leases. Residents are responsible for a utility fee of $93 for water, sewer and garbage. Residents are also responsible for electric. To apply for an apartment home, we require a $45 application fee per adult over 18, along with a completed rental application. To reserve your new home, we have a $300 non-refundable administration fee, which will also hold your apartment home for up to two weeks. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports. We offer two deposit options; for approved applicants, you can pay a $700 refundable deposit or a $175 non-refundable bond per Resident. If you choose the refundable deposit, any move out charges would be deducted from the security deposit after move out and the remainder would be refunded to you. A bond is completely non-refundable, and only serves to reduce move in costs. If you choose a bond, you would be responsible for any move out charges after move out. Some applicants are approved with an increased deposit/bond. An increased deposit would be the security deposit of $700, plus one month's rent. For pets we accept up to two pets with a weight limit of 20lbs each. We also offer a deposit or bond option. We require a pet fee of $250 for one pet, $300 for 2 pets. Our refundable pet deposit is $750 or you have the option of a $262.50 non refundable pet bond.
