This rental comes fully furnished and this is included in the listing price. This is a brand new constructed loft. Washer and dryer is located in the attached garage. There is a king size bed upstairs in the bedroom. Sofa bed downstairs converts into a full sized bed. There is a washer and dryer in the attached garage for you to use. The Loft features a giant vaulted cedar tongue and groove ceiling. Full kitchen with gas range stove and oven. Lot's of counter space for cooking. The bathroom was custom built with cement shower and floating counter tops. The space is temperature controlled by the Pioneer mini split system giving you remote control to heating and air conditioning. There is a fan above the king bed upstairs to circulate the air and keep your temperature regulated at night. 50" Roku TV with access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazing, Disney +, etc... There is parking for up to three cars in the long cement driveway. There is a coded door system for ease of access without a key. Utilities are not included in the rental price. Renter is responsible for utilities. This includes electric, sewer/water, and trash service. The driveway allows up to three vehicles. This is a no smoking property. The duration of the lease is either 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. First months rent is required for security deposit. Security deposit will be returned and end of lease with deductions made for any damages and cleaning fees. Non refundable pet fee. Rent is due at the beginning of the month.
