More details will be provided upon application. A refundable security deposit will be due within 24 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors. A one-time non-refundable administrative fee of $150.00. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days.
