Welcome to Atlantic Arms unit #4. This unit has its own private entrance and lovely porch. The unit has new flooring, new paint, a new countertop and cooktop. The unit is partially furnished with a fridge, dresser and a few other small pieces of furniture. Entering from the porch into the main living area, you will find the mini kitchen, living dining and sleeping area. The small private bathroom includes a stand up shower. This unit is available for immediate occupancy. Tenant is responsible for all appliances repairs. Any existing appliances are As-Is. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including a reimbursement fee of $115 a month for electric, gas, cable, water, sewer and trash. All applicants must complete an online application and background check (cost is $35 and non refundable), including providing two months of proof of income.
