Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled home that is right at the base of the Wasatch mountains, within 30 min to multiple world class ski resorts in Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons and Park City/Canyons, and walking distance to the quaint Holladay downtown. While this home is the perfect city home base for you and the family, its location makes is idealistic for easily getting to all the best spots. You are only: 2 mins walk to Walgreens, the food truck park, and a great Mediterranean restaurant 7 min walk to Holladay downtown 15 mins to downtown Salt Lake 30 mins to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, The Canyons 45 min to Park City This apartment has been fully remodeled to breathe new life and a perfect retreat for your Utah getaway. Inside, the open floor plan makes for an ideal common area. The living room opens up into the dining area which opens up into the kitchen, so everyone can exist together in the same space without feeling on top of one another. Relax by watching a movie or by planning out your Utah adventure. (There is also a washer and dryer here, so if you like to relax with laundry, knock yourself out!) Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking supplies (pots, pans, knives, utensils) you'll need to cook you and your family or friends a nice dinner. We also have incredible local restaurants from Mediterranean to Italian to Mexican to BBQ all within a short (read one block to a few blocks) walk away. We have one full bath located just off the entry hall that has been fully renovated. There are two bedrooms -- one equipped with two queen beds and one with a king bed -- and each have their own extra large closets so you can store your luggage out of the way when you play Connect 4 in the living room. The bedroom with two queen beds also has an extendable desk, and there are two desk chairs in case you have to work remotely during your mountain get-away. While the home is equipped to host up to 8 people (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a queen-size sofa bed) we think the perfect group size is 4 adults. We're happy to host all 8 -- for example, four couples, but keep in mind there's only one bath, so it will be a little cozier. We do have a portable highchair and crib that we can bring upon request. Guest access Parking is easy peasy. There's ample parking on the street. Other things to note There is a main floor apartment above this unit. The laundry room is dedicated to the unit and is located downstairs before the entrance to the apartment. There is no other common space. Backyard and patio is solely for upstairs. All utilities included. Unit comes furnished and is available through 12/15/2023
