It has a queen size bed and its own bathroom, two closets, dedicated workstation, TV with Amazon fire stick and a small balcony overlooking the busy city streets. Room 2: This is one of 2 smaller bedrooms in the unit. It has a full size bed, closet space, dresser, and a nightstand with an attached usb charging station. It shares a hallway full bathroom that has washer and dryer inside. Tenant is responsible for furniture damage and any inventory missing will be charged. If a utility bill is over a certain amount then that difference will come out of your security deposit. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. NO PARTIES. Any party will result in $1000 fine and removal of tenants.
