This is a mid-row condo unit with 3 bedrooms (all on the top floor) with 2.5 Bathrooms (2 full bathrooms on the top floor and a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor). This home also has a basement living room. The kitchen has hardwood floors and an area for dining. This condo is 2306 square feet with a large 2 car attached garage. HOA Services are provided, but please note that the HOA can/does/and has the power to change or discontinue services which may become the tenants responsibility. I include this notice with all my rentals to be upfront. As of the time of this listing the HOA covers snow removal, and exterior yard maintenance. Since this home is in Sandy and in Utah, I recommend all tenants know that it is a good idea to have a snow shovel around just in case as the snow season and snow removal can be hit or miss depending on the snow year.
