It's about 900 square feet. It is fully furnished including all pots/pans, dishware, and cutlery as well as quality linens and bath goods. Full kitchen includes range with oven, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Full size laundry machines in the unit as well as additional storage. 2 bedrooms with ample closet space: one room has a Queen size bed, the other room has 2 twin beds. An additional living room space has a pull-out double bed. The full bathroom features a tiled shower and full bathtub combo as well as a toilet in a separate space. In case you're looking for a space to "work from home", we are well set up to accommodate you. Wifi is super fast at an average upload speed of 8.9 Mbps and download of 92 Mbps. Ping test results are 64 bytes. This custom eco home is solidly built offering large bright spaces with 9' tall ceilings, radiant floor heat for cozy winters, and extra thick insulated walls to stay cool in the summer. Large windows with spectacular mountain views from each room. Your own outdoor patio space plus a shared garden deck with fire pit and hammock chairs. Property is 1.5 acres in a quiet neighborhood that's tucked into woods; a gorgeous location, yet very close to downtown, river and trails. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids may inhabit the space Outdoor parking for a max of 2 cars is provided. You must have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle if you are staying during the winter months. Dogs are welcome but must have their own stellar references as well. There will also be some additional rules and limitations (ie: no puppies, just mature dogs, on leash when outdoors -- the yard is not fenced and there will be another dog on the property, not to mention the wild animals that traverse the property!
