The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and all other kitchen essentials. The washer/dryer is included in the unit. The condo has all the essentials that you need (kitchenware, bathware, brand new linens, etc.). There is one dedicated parking spot in the garage and additional parking spaces are available at the City's garage next door for a nominal fee ($40/month).
