A sweet spot for an outdoor lover! $1000 refundable Security deposit + first months rent due to move in. Also included is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Background and credit checks required. No evictions or felonies, sorry. Must make 3x the rent before taxes (so around $50,000/year) to qualify. Paystubs and proof of employment required. Also will request at least 2 references, one of which must be from a previous landlord. Unit is in the basement of our home, we are two quiet, outdoorsy people that both work in Park City. We have two amazing and friendly dogs. No smoking allowed, and obviously no illegal substances. We prefer a long-term renter, 6-12 month leases ideal. Unit comes with a sofa, loveseat, full sized bed on basic frame, fridge, washer/dryer in unit, oven/stove. It currently does not have a microwave. If you have a lot of furniture you are welcome to bring it and we are happy to take the sofas/bed out if you prefer. Utilities included in total rent price. High-speed WiFi included. No smoking allowed. No illegal substances including marijuana. 1 dog allowed upon approval and meeting our dogs. No cats, sorry. $1000 refundable Security deposit
