This is a small studio (a partial garage conversion) that has a kitchen that includes a full-size fridge and a small electric range (burners & oven.) It also has a large wardrobe. Freshly painted with a new bathroom floor. We are looking for one tenant for a minimum of 6 months. It is within a mile of Bend's only hospital, St. Charles Medical Center, and only blocks away from Mt. View High School. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are both less than 5 miles away. There are many eateries including 10 Barrel Brewing Company less than a couple of miles away. Discover restaurants, breweries, shopping, and more! Water and electricity are included in the rent. Because of the small size of the unit and that we pay utilities we are only allowing 1 person to live in the studio. We'd rather rent to someone without pets but we would consider ONE pet. If approved, the security deposit would increase by $500 and there would be an additional NON-REFUNDABLE $500 deposit required and Pet Rent of $100 added to the base rent.
