This quaint one bedroom apartment is in small town Farmingdale,Maine. It is squeezed between Gardiner and Hallowell and is about 15 mins away from the state capital of Augusta where you can find the marketplace, restaurants, and museums and other attractions. Perfect for traveling professionals, individuals, and couples alike, this hidden gem is truly a great place to stay and put your feet up. The apartment is a short stroll to Farmingdale's only pub/bar, the Fat Toad Pub, and is minutes from the charming town of Hallowell which is full of shops, local eateries, and nightlife. The Fat Toad Pub is family owned with employees that will treat you like family and is the most cozy, laid back place to go and get delicious drinks and tasty food. We would definitely recommend the toad legs if you go there. They are out of this world! When you walk into the apartment you are greeted by a mud room where you can leave your shoes and jacket. Once you walk further into the apartment you are greeted with an open concept kitchen to the left and living room to the right. Just off of the living space is the bedroom. The bathroom, around the corner, is immaculate and has all the amenities you'd need as well as a jacuzzi tub which is perfect to soak into after a long day browsing the local area's attractions. 12 month lease.
