Owner will pay first $100 for electricity with renter responsible for any amount over $100 paid monthly. Walk up the spiral staircase to the loft and admire the panoramic views of the river in the cozy queen bed and desk for the perfect office with a view , slide the windows open and listen to the flowing river. Downstairs bedrooms include a master with a queen bed and private deck. One additional queen bedroom with its own private porch. One full bathroom, there is space for everyone to keep up with daily routines before hitting the trails or taking a trip into town. You also have a washer and dryer conveniently placed on this floor. Wi-Fi: Newly installed fiberoptics!! Switch your cell phone over to this Wi-Fi to make calls in a rural setting. Other things to note: Some special extras include a fish cleaning station on the property, 3 decks to sit and enjoy the sounds of the flowing river with forest views. Take a walk along the river on this 7 acre property, Outdoor deck grilling station, smart TVs that you can use while lounging, a fully stocked kitchen to cook your catch of the day, make some coffee, special toilettes like soaps, shampoo, ironing board and iron, etc... are included. For evening outdoor entertainment let our frogs serenade you nightly from the decks during season while enjoying the specular umbrella of stars above 28 day minimum stay (HOA Rules). Owner will pay $100 towards electricity with guest paying balance, all other utilities included. There is a parking space directly in front of unit plus one additional space in parking lot directly across from unit. No smoking anything inside unit or additional $500 will be added to cleaning fee.
