This is a great two bedroom one bath triplex located in a 55 and older unit in Sutherlin. The kitchen provides a range, fridge, dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The unit also features a garage and a backyard. There is also a small front yard area. There is cadet wall heaters and a wall air conditioner. The owner pays garbage, tenant is responsible for all other utilities. NO PETS Availability date is an estimate only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the agent. Renters insurance is required by every tenant.
