This second floor unit is a fully furnished studio apartment in a secure building located minutes from bus routes. Available now for single occupant. Common area audio and video cameras provide 24 hour security monitoring. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and drinking glasses. Two chairs are ready at the built in dining table. The living room has a loveseat, coffee table, and lamp along with built in bookshelf. Your bathroom is located just through the bedroom. A clean, full sized bed on frame, built-in dressers, storage box, and a closet fill the sleeping area. A window A/C unit is ready to be installed next spring in either the living room or bedroom window. This unit is rated for a single occupant only. No pet policy strictly enforced. Lease is month to month with the understanding that it auto renews until either party cancels. The expectation is an ongoing lease. Owner pays for water allowance, sewer, and trash. Tenant is responsible for electricity and basic renter's insurance. $625 security deposit due at lease signing. Electricity to be transferred to tenant's name and proof of renter's insurance required before exchange of possession. First month's rent and appliance deposit of $300 due upon exchange of possession. Phone and in person interview with proof of identity must occur before consideration. Any requests to rent virtually are not legitimate. NON REFUNDABLE application fee is $35, cash only. Applicants with more than 1 landlord tenant complaint may be considered with extenuating circumstances. Applicants with more than 1 L/T will not be contacted as your application will be denied. Income requirements are 3 times monthly rent. Unemployment cannot be included in income. No pets. Building is no smoking including vaping, medical marijuana or tobacco products. No Hud.
