Welcome to Dahlgren Townhomes. Our two and four-bedroom townhomes for military families are located in a welcoming community conveniently close to everywhere you need to be on Naval Support Facility Dahlgren. Each home provides a cozy floor plan designed to make you feel right at home. Outside your front door, you'll enjoy quick access to popular retailers, good food, great schools, and fun-filled social activities. Active Duty Service members qualify through the Navy Housing Housing Office. Retirees, Veterans, and DoD Employees: To qualify, you will need to provide proof of income (must make 3.5x the monthly rent), pass a credit check, and have access to the base. If you need housing more than 45 days out, we will not be able to see your options, as our residents are only required to give us a 30-day notice to vacate. Once you are within a 45-day window of your move-in date, please contact us to discuss pricing and options. There is a $25/per adult application fee as well as a minimum security deposit of one month's rent.
