The lease options are: -3 month minimum stay: $875 per month for a single person, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500. -Weekly lease $240.00 per week, 1 month minimum stay, first 4 weeks paid up front, with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the $400 deposit. All leases and payments are made through Innago; there is a $2 fee per transaction. There is no unfurnished option. The room is available for one person only Owner pays all utilities including streaming services on TV and high speed internet in the building. Only additional cost to tenant is $2 fee to Innago online property management with each payment made.
