This is a 2nd floor unit with private entrance. This newly renovated apartment is thoughtfully designed and furnished for a chic but cozy feel with a modern touch! You'll have everything you need and feel right at home! We've gone the extra mile to ensure that your space is perfectly suited for a fun, comfortable stay. You'll have access to the entire apartment. You have a private, ground level entrance and stairway up to your second floor apartment. We will provide a custom door code for your stay. 1 parking space is reserved for your unit, with additional shared parking on the property, and free street parking on a first come first serve basis. Flexible lease terms. Would prefer a minimum of 3 months with a maximum of a year. A mandatory cleaning will be required every 2 weeks to ensure the well being of the condo. $150 weekly cleaning fee
