Close to mass transit lines going north, south, east and west. Grocery store , liquor store within walking distance. Renter pays for gas and electric, no smoking, month to month rental, rent is due on the first of month, late payment of $50 or 5% of rent (which ever is lower), tenant agrees to pay for all damage to the apartment, building, or property that is caused by tenant, family or guests. Tenants are entitled to quite enjoyment and their neighbor are entitled to the same. Tenant agrees to give 30 notice to leave and leave the apartment in broom clean condition. Lockouts are charged $25. Tenant agrees to abide by refuse collection schedules and not to discard hazard waste, electronics, and toxic in the recycle and garbage bins.
